Highly recommend this real estate agency! The staff is very accommodating and helpful even though he readily admits to a low English language ability. He took me to various apartments and patiently explained the fees attached to each. He was not satisfied until I was satisfied with the final selection. Overall, his fees were the lowest I have encountered when renting apartments in Japan. For his good service and friendly nature, I think foreigners can ignore the translation issues and put their faith in Resume.
